Most of the members of Research Council consisting of Physicians and Scientists were present.

                                        Research Review

Clinical and laboratory research projects undertaken during the year were presented. Dr. Apte also spoke on progress at rural healthcare project at Kotapur- Ratnagiri.

Education

1.  Dichotomy between Education and the problems of life and living , paucity of good teachers ,lack of research attitude, poor funding are the problems of education.
2. As a short term strategy, the concept of non-formal education was suggested. Knowledge management groups of youths can be formed who will become agents of change in all walks of life including education.

                                Innovation group

It was decided to form Innovation Group of academicians interested in research at ARH.
